Once Upon a Dream

We finally got to go to Disneyland!! We have been patiently waiting and counting down the days since Christmas, and IT WAS MAGICAL! We LOVE Disneyland! The rides and characters were fun but my favorite part was all the AMAZING shows they put on. So fun!
This is out of order but I had to put Tyler's favorite. Donald Duck! He was so excited to get a picture with him, more than the kids.
Waiting for the Airplane. This was another highlight of our trip. They were both squealing and laughing so hard as the plane took off. It was fun for us to see.

This is how we walked home most nights from the park. EXHAUSTED! Usually we crammed both of them in here and they fell asleep on each other.

Having lunch at Italy's famous Naples Restaurant. REAL PIZZA! YUM!

This was Braxton's favorite ride. California Screamin. He was two inches too short so Tyler took him into the bathroom and stuffed his shoes with LOTS of paper so he would be tall enough. We didn't quite make it for Madison and she was very dissappointed that she couldn't ride it. Her favorite ride was the Tower of Terror. We also loved Space Mountain and Thunder Mountain Railroad.

We saw lots of Characters. Here are a few of our favorites. Sully- Monsters Inc.

Buzz Lightyear!

Jesse- We did see Woody also

Beach day!! It was so warm and perfect weather. We played in the sand, played in the water and fed the seagulls. Until one of them got brave and took some food right out of Madisons hand and bit her finger. It was a perfect day.

Madison got to meet most of the princesses. This is Ariel. She was super excited and them super shy when she actually met them.

and Goofy!

We had a blast! The twins ask me everyday when we can go back. Kamree stayed home with Grandpa and Grandma Wheatley and we missed her very much. We can't wait until next time!

As Good As It Gets

Looking back this past year we have wonderful memories of friends and family. We have gone on some fun vacations and spent time with together. The twins started Kindergarten and they have been so good about getting up early. They have loved school and their teachers and they LOVE riding the bus. Kamree has grown up so fast. She is constantly running after her brother and sister and loves to tag along. They are so good about looking after her. She has developed such a fun personality and loves to tease. Tyler has finally graduated from Mortuary School! YEAH!! He went to Pittsburg in the fall and spent 10 grueling days there trying to past 14 tests. He just has his national exam and state exam to go, which he is working on, and then he'll be completely done. Tyler is busy at work, with his calling at church and I've always got a honey do list for him. I've been keeping myself busy at home, helping in the twins classrooms, doing vinyl, with my calling in the Young Womens and just chasing kids. It's a great life!!

We have been very blessed this year and love the Christmas season and especially our Savior.

We love you all and wish you a Merry Christmas!

Soccer and Dance

Madison was so excited to take dance this year so we signed her up and thought that Braxton would enjoy playing soccer so he could do something as well. Boy were we wrong! Story below This is Madi in the ISU Homecoming parade. She is having so much fun dancing and is learning great moves.

Ok so this is the morning of Braxtons first soccer game. He was excited and actually did pretty good.

This is his second game .............................sitting down

Standing there lifting up his shirt

He made a goal!! ( during half time while all the other kids are getting drinks!)

He was sooooo tired by now and was crying about having to play so we gave his shirt and shin guards to..............

Madison!! She ran out there and took charge. So Braxton proceeded to cry every game that he was tired before we even got there and Madison had to play for him. Needless to say he doesn't enjoy soccer. (He does cry every time Madi goes to dance though because he can't go!!???) =)

Welcome Kamree Jean!!

We have finally added our new addition to our home. Kamree Jean was born on Oct. 5 at 7:26 am. She weighed 8 lbs 11 oz and was 19 inches long. We had a scheduled c-section that morning so we had to be there at 5:00 to get all ready and prepped for surgery. The morning of I decided I'd better get one picture of me being pregnant with her so I could show her later. So here I am, me and all my glory 9 months pregnant and glad to be done.

Anxiously waiting for our baby girl.

Here she is!!! We were able to record the c-section and it is gross! but, amazing too. Glad she cleaned up so good.

Her 1st real bath which she loves...

Proud brother. All he likes to do is kiss her head and look at her poop.?

Madi is our big helper who can't get enough of HER little baby. She makes sure Braxton knows whos sister it is everyday.

They both have been very good with her and love her to pieces. Soooo glad!

This is what happens when grandma comes to visit... we play dress up and take tons of pictures. Too bad I'm not very fast at getting them off my camera so she can see them.

We have enjoyed her so much already and love her very much!!

We had our ultrasound today and found out we are having a baby girl! We (especially Madison) are super excited. Hopefully she'll be more like Braxton so he'll have a chance of an opinion with two sisters. Then Madison can be a mom to both of them. She looks so cute in her pictures- we're just hoping she has SOME hair. We can't wait to see what she looks like.

We had a BIRTHDAY! I can't believe my kids are already 4. They grow up so fast, it makes me realize how important it is to cherish everyday I get to spend with them. We had an "Under the Sea" party. The kids were so much fun and because of all the balloons they just wanted to play with them so it made it easy for games. The cakes I'm so proud of!! Seriously I only bake cakes on their birthdays so I was a little nervous attempting these. First, they fell out of the pan into pieces so after being pieced back together I was able to frost them. Thank goodness for frosting to hide the mess underneath.
Braxton's is an Octupus and Madison's is Nemo. They took me so long to do I was kind of sad when we had to cut into them for the kids.

We filled the basement with blue balloons to resemble water and had a big fish net full of fish. Then we had a few blow up fish so the kids could play with them. After the party the kids got to "Go Fish" for their take home buckets. It turned out really good and was an easy party to do.
